Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Please allow 2-6 weeks turnaround time for custom orders. Larger orders may longer to complete. Ready to ship items may take less time. All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with your order. All items are shipped and tracked via USPS and the average transit is 3-10 business days. You can expect to receive an email with your tracking information. The price and delivery time is based on the shipping option selected at checkout.


Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders can be placed directly on our website. If you are unable to process an order on shimmerinsparkleware.com, please send an email to shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com for assistance. 

Q: What if I needed to cancel or change my order?

A: Orders can only be modified within 24 hours after the purchase time and date. If you want to change or cancel your order, please send an email to shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com. If you would like to add to your order, you must process a new, separate order. Once the 24-hour timeframe has passed, an order cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled. If the item ran out of stock before your order was processed, you may contact us at shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com. If your order was cancelled because an item was out of stock, you may send an email for a replacement honoring the promotional price from your original order.

Q: Can I return my Shimmerin' Sparkleware order?

A: All sales are final. Shimmerin' Sparkleware does not accept returns or exchanges. 

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You may pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card, with your PayPal or Visa Checkout account.

Q: Why are there multiple authorizations on my credit card?

A: You may see multiple authorizations on your account if you attempted to process an online order multiple times by hitting the "submit" button. Even if your order did not process, you may still see an authorization on your account. An authorization is a pending charge or hold on a payment account and is not a true charge. The authorization on your credit card or PayPal account allows shimmerinsparkleware.com to make sure the account is valid and has the necessary funds available to process your order. Your payment method is not charged until we ship your order. The release of an authorization may also appear as a refund on a credit card statement, or the authorization may be deleted from the account entirely. The void may take 7 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) to appear.

Q: How can I place a bulk order for a product?

A: To place a bulk order for a product with a quantity in stock that does not meet your needs, please email us at shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com.

Q: What if I can't find an item on the website?

A: If an item no longer appears on the website, it may be out of stock or discontinued. Colors and glassware are not guaranteed. Inventory and prices are subject to change, at any time, without notice and offerings of discounts are never guaranteed. Certain items may be "limited", "exclusive", "one-time only", or "discontinued". For assistance or to request a discontinued item, send an email to shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com.

Q: Can I resell Shimmerin' Sparkleware merchandise?

A: No resellers. Shimmerin' Sparkleware is protected under applicable trademarks, other proprietary rights and laws. You must not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, under the Terms of Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to trademark laws). You must not resale any items as your own or use the name, Shimmerin' Sparkleware, for personal or commercial purposes.

Q: How do I enter a discount or promo code for my order?

A: Promotion codes, if applicable, can be entered on the checkout page after adding items to your cart. Customers will enter this discount code at checkout.

Q: Can I use more than one promotion code per order?

A: No. At this time, you are able to use one coupon or promotion code per order on shimmerinsparkleware.com. Limit of 1 use, one per customer. 

Q: How can I request a color that isn't listed on the website?

A: If you would like a color that isn't listed on the website, send an email to shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com. No color is guaranteed.
