Shipping & Returns

Time Frame
Please allow 2-6 weeks turnaround time for custom orders. Larger orders may longer to complete. Ready to ship items may take less time. Time and Labor consists of preparation, designing, production, curing, packing, and shipping. Communication and tracking is sent through email. All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with your order, please make sure that your address is correct before purchasing. You will be responsible to read, respond, and/or accept any communication sent through email. Communication is, but not limited to, product information, invoice/billing, delivery/shipping, and future promotions

Delivery 
All items are shipped via USPS and the average transit is 3-10 business days. Shipping is tracked. You can expect to receive an email with your tracking information. The price and delivery time is based on the shipping option selected at checkout. We don't accept returns or exchanges. 

Shipping Policy
No order is shipped without payment. When you make your payment in full, we will begin working on your order. Shimmerin' Sparkleware is not responsible for orders cancelled due to non-payment. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS with tracking and insurance. Although sales are final, if you receive your order and there is an issue, please contact us immediately. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order or make changes, send an email to shimmerinsparkleware@gmail.com. Shimmerin' Sparkleware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it has been accepted by the post office. If for any reason you are unable to locate your package once tracking states it has been delivered, you must contact your local post office for further assistance. 

Returns and Exchanges
All sales final. No refunds. Custom, sale, and personalized orders cannot be returned. We value you as a customer . Please contact us immediately if you have questions or are unhappy with your item.
